The Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) programme is one of the most respected credentials in global finance, created by the CFA Institute. Level 1 is the entry point — it tests your knowledge of investment tools, financial reporting, ethics, and quantitative methods through 180 multiple-choice questions across two 135-minute sessions.
CFA Level 1 exams are offered four times a year — in February, May, August, and November. The exam is delivered online in a computer-based format. Results are released within 60 days of the exam date.
